2. Services
Heavenly Memories provides digital memorial pages linked to QR codes. Our services include memorial creation, content management, QR code generation, and visitor engagement features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it on memorial pages. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.
5. Packages & Payment
Memorial packages are subject to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of purchase. Hosting periods are as specified in the selected package. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no QR code has been printed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Heavenly Memories is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of our platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
